Eureka Eurostars project Biodesign4Insulation in-person meeting took place in Valladolid, Spain. It was organized by the coordinator CellMat Technologies SL with Miguel Ángel Rodríguez-Pérez, Mikel Múgica Izaguirre, Mónica Peláez Lozano and Ester Laguna Gutiérrez, gathering the project partners, Latvian State Institute of Wood Chemistry with representatives Anda Fridrihsone and Arnis Abolins, Cahit Can Çanakçı M.Sc. from Kimpur, ABN PIPE SYSTEMS with Beatriz García Vizcaíno, Dr. Sebnem Baysec-Gemci from Arçelik Türkiye.
Biodesign4Insulation launched on June 1, 2024, and during the next three years, we will work together to bring bio-polyurethane materials to market in white goods and pipe-in-pipe insulation.
It is a great opportunity to work in a consortium where 80% are companies leaded by an SME.
It was a very pleasant work meeting in the beautiful Valladolid, with a warm welcome of the hosts at CellMat Technologies SL. Two tours were also organized to visit CellMat Tehcnologies and ABN PIPE SYSTEMS facilities.
